CUET UG Exam’s New Guidelines :

Along with CUET, Delhi University will issue guidelines for counselling.  The admission branch of DU will open the portal and release the guidelines along with the CBSE result and CUET score.

Officers say, that the guidelines have been made broadly and it will be finalized after the score policy of CUET comes out.

In the new system, the college does not have to choose the students, but the students have to choose the college.  CUET’s new guidelines are very good.  According to the score given by NTA, the students will get the college and if Two students have the same score then the 12th score will also be considered.

About 6.5 lakh students have applied for 70 thousand seats in Delhi University’s undergraduate courses.  DU’s Dean Admission Dr. Hanit Gandhi says that we can open our portal in the next 10 days.  Right now we neither have CBSE Result and CUET is starting from 15th July.  Along with this, we will also issue guidelines.

We will keep e-counseling as soon as we get the result from NTA.  In this, students will choose their college and course on the du website.  Colleges will give admission to them on the basis of their preference and result.  They will release the merit list.  Dr. Gandhi says that students who are worried that their test is in the first phase and some will not make any difference in the second phase.  It is not possible to conduct the exams in which lakhs of students sit in a single shift.  In such a situation, session wise exams are held and results are also seen session wise.

The agency will issue this policy soon, how and with what formula to judge the result that NTA will give.
